Please follow through the various options below to create your own ID Cards. Do not attempt to print any officially created ID Cards, i.e driving licenses. Any orders placed for these will be cancelled and will be charged an admin fee of £5
Please make it clear from your artwork where the magnetic strip goes if your orientation is portrait

Artwork Instructions

We accept PDF, JPEG or PNG files for your artwork.  You can produce these yourself, or use the online card editor to do this for you.
    • We will print your artwork as supplied so please ensure you've read our artwork guidelines and pay attention to required bleed areas.
    • If you have multiple cards or different designs to print, please provide ONE artwork file for all cards.
    • You can Download our easy to use template to help you with your design!
    • Or use our online card designer to make your custom cards!

Upload jpg, png or pdf. Max filesize 15MB. We check all files before printing and will contact you if anything needs revising. Make sure to upload both front and back on the same file if ordering double sided cards. See artwork guidelines above for more details.

We use high quality PVC 760 Micron Cards whilst maintaining low prices.

Cards from as little as £1.60 for single sided and £2.40 for double sided

Thickness: 0.76mm (Solid PVC like a bank card)
Orientation: Landscape or Portrait

Printing Options
Single or double sided print
Magnetic Cards – You can choose to have your card printed onto White Plastic Cards with Hi-Co Magnetic Stripe for access control
Hole Slot – You can choose to have you cards printed onto a landscape card with a hole slot on the top for easy clipping to a lanyard or yoyo

These cards are fully compatible with our range of card holders in addition to all our lanyards for all your access control needs

 

 

Either upload your own custom files, or use our online card designer to produce your own custom templates.  Feel free to take use of our template, simply download, edit and re-upload during your purchase.  Please make sure to read the artwork guidelines to ensure that any file you upload is in the correct format as to avoid any delay when printing your order.

 

Whilst we have no minimum order quantity, we do offer wholesale prices for purchases of larger quantities.  We also offer FREE delivery for larger orders.  In addition, next day and first class delivery is available on all stock items.
