We take our order processing very seriously and are proud of our packaging and dispatch speeds.

| Standard Delivery – Orders £10 and over | Free | Order by 12pm (Monday – Friday) Delivery will usually take 2-5 days. |
| 1st Class – 1 to 2 working days | £3.95 | Order by 12pm (Monday – Friday) Delivery will usually take 1-2 days. |
| Printer Ribbons | £8.95 | A fee only for orders containing a printer ribbon |
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can resolve any problem in the best way possible, whether that be a refund or replacement.
If you still wish to return your order you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Products returned must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging (if appropriate).
